Obituary of Regina Ann Bartell

Richmond, VA – Formerly of Penfield, NY and Owosso, MI, passed on to join the Lord and her family in heaven on January 22, 2021 at age 94.

Regina (Jean) is the youngest child of Adelbert (Bert) and Julia Dutcher. She is predeceased by her husband, Robert James Bartell; son, Robert Richard Bartell; daughter, Marcia Dianne Bartell; siblings, James Dutcher, Charles Dutcher, Lloyd Dutcher, Alfred Dutcher, Cecilia Dutcher (Sidney), and Mary Dutcher (Jenkins); Grandsons, Ryan Bartell and David Hilkert.

Regina is survived by her sons, James (Elaine Bartell) of San Diego, CA, and Thomas (Mary Kay Bartell) of Richmond, VA; daughter-in-law Bonnie Bartell of Macedon, NY; 7 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
