Obituary of Elvira R. Felty

Elvira Rosemary Maneri Felty passed away on November 9, 2023, in 
Rochester, NY, at the age of 88.  She was born in Cleveland, OH, the 
daughter of Ilario and Madelena (Console) Maneri.

She is survived by her loving husband, Evan J. Felty, her children Amy, 
Robert (Irena), and Elizabeth (Christopher), her grandchildren David 
(Emily), Nicole, Caroline, and Peter, her step-grandchildren Wesley 
(Melissa) and Amy (Matteo), her brother Carl, and nieces Joan, Kassie, 
and Maryellen.  She is predeceased by her brother Joseph.

Elvira met her husband, Evan Felty, on a blind date set up by a mutual 
friend, while she was living with her brother in Columbus, OH.  They 
were married September 20, 1958.  In 1963, she and Evan moved to 
Rochester, where they raised their 3 children and have lived ever since.

A memorial service will be held on November 19, 2023 at 11 AM at the All 
Season’s Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Road, Pittsford, 
NY, followed by an informal reception at the All Seasons Gathering Room.
