Condolence to the Fred Gatesman Family, Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of Fred, he was our colleague and close friend. During our work time much was shared between us, Fred is remembered for the dedication and work that we completed over all those many years at Kodak. The Chandra Optical Observatory built and put into service on July 23,1999, was built with Fred contributing the needed engineering knowledge on the selection of materials and processes so that this x-ray optical observatory would be built for NASA. We initially began work on this program in 1984 and worked on this until its delivery in 1997.

Bonnie and I are members of Our Mother of Sorrows parish and we appreciate all the time that Fred and Ann gave to the parish. Bonnie worked with Fred and spent many hours in the relocation of refugees to Monroe county area. Jon and Bonnie Kuppinger

I am so sorry to hear about Fred's passing but glad he is with his sweetheart, Ann. I loved having them as friends and neighbors. They certainly are missed. We have had a lot of fun with them. Shari Harrison 148 NW Dr.

Mr Gatesman to me, always the nicest man. Junius Pond summers were always incredibly fun weeks filled with plenty of kids to play with, parents to create fun days, fishing, swimming and perfect evenings. Lifelong friends were created thanks to Fred, Ann and my parents.
